Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and Tesora by Shankesh does not store any card or sensitive financial information. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and confirmation.

Tesora by Shankesh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Tesora by Shankesh may, at its sole discretion, offer a lifetime buyback policy on select products. This policy is currently applicable to lab-grown diamond jewellery and allows customers to return eligible products for store credit based on the prevailing valuation at the time of buyback. The buyback value shall be determined after quality inspection and may depend on factors such as product condition, market rates, and original purchase value. This policy is non-transferable, subject to verification, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesora by Shankesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it. In all circumstances, Tesora’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably before legal proceedings.
