Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be made within the specified timeframe by contacting Tesora by Shankesh with order details. If the cancellation is successful, the amount will be issued as store credit or processed as per Tesora by Shankesh’s no-refund policy.

Tesora by Shankesh reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or operational constraints. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
