Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days in metro cities and 3 to 7 working days in other locations across India. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Tesora may offer free shipping on certain orders or payment methods at its discretion. Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, depending on availability and serviceability.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Tesora by Shankesh shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
