Returns & Refunds Policy
Tesora strives to ensure customer satisfaction, however, returns are accepted subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and certificates. Products that are damaged, used, altered, or returned without complete packaging may not be accepted.
Certain items are not eligible for return: customised or personalised products and items purchased during sales or promotional events, unless they are received damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Tesora by Shankesh within the return window with their order details. If the return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. In locations where reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the designated address.
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Exchanges, replacements, or store credit will be processed only if the product passes this inspection. Tesora by Shankesh does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Once approved, exchanges or replacements will be initiated, or store credit will be issued to the customer account within 5 to 7 working days.
In case a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify Tesora by Shankesh within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images or videos. Upon verification, Tesora by Shankesh will arrange for a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Exchange requests may be accommodated for size or product changes, subject to stock availability. Tesora by Shankesh reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Tesora by Shankesh allows only one (1) return or exchange per order. Any additional requests for return or exchange for the same order will not be accepted under any circumstances.
